Void refurbishments 

Neti Construction is successfully delivering in excess of 500 voids per annum for social & private landlords, we truly believe that our void-works division teams are unbeatable on quality and speed, Valued and appreciated by our partners for helping them minimise 'key to key' turnaround times returning homes to new residents and reducing lost rent income.

Typical voids contracts fall into two categories, minor voids and major voids and both ensure properties are brought up to a good lettable standard, prior to being re-let. Minor voids are typically returned within 1 to 3 days and do not involve major works such as upgrading kitchen & bathroom. Major voids are returned within 5 to 12 days and this involve complete internal refurbishment, also it can include structural work and external upgrades.
